Wednesday Night Gatherings

It is our aim to share the person, compassion and mission of Jesus with everyone that we meet. Each week we meet to encounter the living God. We do this through worship, prayer, open discussions, and messages we all join in on. Check it out below.

what we are teaching in September!

High School Series: STRECH

If your faith were a muscle, how flexible would it be? Could it stretch to your knees? Your shins? Your toes? Or are you not sure you even have any faith to stretch in the first place? Just like your body, if you want a faith that is strong, growing, and capable of carrying you through difficult challenges, you're going to need to stretch it. It might be fun. It might be challenging. But it will definitely be worthwhile. In this series, we'll discover four ways we can stretch our faith from Paul, the author of the book of Romans and a man whose life was completely transformed by Jesus. Thanks to Paul's words, we know we can stretch our faith my making a commitment, by starting something new, and by letting something go. We can even stretch our faith when we feel like we've failed.

Middle School Series: SQUAD UP

Everyone wants a squad — a community of people that cares for us, helps and supports us, and gives us a place to belong. In short, we all want to be part of a community that feels like family. That kind of community isn't easy to come by, but it's exactly what Jesus had in mind for His followers when the Church first began. In this series, we'll discover why the word "Church" means something much bigger than a building, we'll learn what life was like for some of the earliest Christians, and we'll explore four big ideas that mean as much for us today as they did to the Jesus-followers who lived nearly 2,000 years ago. The truth is, we can all be part of God's family, and because we're God's family, we can do for others what God has done for us, we can grow together, and we can stand strong together.

  • Rylee Dawe - Youth Director

Serving in youth ministry is so challenging, and sometimes, in ways you wouldn’t even expect. Though it isn’t anything short of a blessing, being there, and eventually seeing the Lord turn those challenges into triumphs.

Having the opportunity to serve in this position and be able to do life with the students of Community Youth is something I hope to never take for granted. I am honored to be a part of something so wonderful!

I know what Jesus has done in my own life. From living for myself and being miserable, to finding my purpose, joy and foundation in the forgiveness that Jesus has offered me. Jesus offered His message of hope to everyone. And for those that would listen He would challenge, strengthen, equip, and also live life with them.  The Gospel has changed the trajectory of my life. From a career in firefighting to owning a gym, and now one of my greatest tests and joys, sharing Jesus Christ with anyone who will listen. I know God can change the trajectory of your life too.

I would love to hear from you

    We Engage With Students

We aren’t just running a weekly youth service, we are on the front lines of the collision of students and the Gospel. As leaders we take the first step in engaging students -- Youth group can be intimidating, but walking in to meet a leader that is genuinely excited to see them each week helps break the intimidation factor down.

    We Continually Connect

Being consistently present in a young person’s life is one way to build trust and confidence and it’s our way of ensuring a safe place for students to be heard and cared for.
